Sunday, 25th September – Meadows to Meaders was launched at a street party event in Ascot Road near Fonthill Primary School.
Friday, 7th October – Orchard students visited the 50+ forum at Southmead Community Centre and interviewed people about growing up and living in Southmead.
Tuesday, 1st November – We visited Bristol Archives near Cumberland Basin with students from Fonthill Primary School, their parents and carers, grandparents, great grandparents and other members of the community to research the history of their homes and school. We looked at building plans and street directories of the area as well as documents specific to the creation of Southmead.

Wednesday, 9th November – Travelling Kitchen’s first session with old and young, cooking favourite recipes together at Orchard Secondary School.
